Unless otherwise stated, we and our licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material published on this site, including text, product photography, graphics and layout. All rights are reserved.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Republishing, selling or redistributing our material without permission is not permitted.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to keep it up to date — deliveries that fail because of incorrect details may not be eligible for a refund of delivery charges.

Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We work to describe and photograph every product accurately, but packaging, natural products and screen colours can vary. Minor variation in appearance is not a defect.

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, discounts and offers may change at any time without notice.
• We may limit the quantity of any product available per order or per customer.
• Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographic error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.

An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order, and we may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where stock has run out, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraudulent use.

Payment may be made through the methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. Where an online payment fails or is reversed, we may hold or cancel the order.

Coupons and promotional discounts are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by location. Estimates are indicative, not guarantees.

Please inspect your parcel on receipt. Where a product arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.

If nobody is available to receive the order at the address provided, our delivery partner may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us; further delivery charges may apply.

Requests for a return, exchange or refund are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened or partly used consumable products cannot be returned unless the product was damaged, expired or incorrect when delivered.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by another method we agree with you, within a reasonable period after the returned item is received and checked.

If you post a review, question or other content on the site, you confirm it is your own, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and not unlawful, offensive or misleading.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce and moderate that content on the site. We may remove content that breaches these terms without notice.

We collect and use personal data — such as your name, contact details and delivery address — only to operate your account, fulfil orders and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
