01What we collect
We only collect what an order or an account actually needs:
- Account details — your name, mobile number and password. Your mobile number is your login identifier, and we verify it with a one-time code sent by SMS.
- Order details — the delivery name, phone number, full address, district and area, any email address you give us, and any special instructions you add.
- Order history — what you bought, when, the amount and the payment method.
- Support messages — anything you send us through the chat on the site, by email or over the phone.
- Reviews and questions you choose to post on a product.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address, used to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your card number, PIN, OTP or any other payment credential.
02Why we collect it
- To take, confirm and deliver your order, and to call you if the address is unclear.
- To let you sign in, and to reset your password if you forget it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To keep records of sales as a business is required to.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
03Payment information
Online payments are completed on the payment gateway's own secure page. Card numbers, PINs and one-time codes are entered there, not here — they never reach our servers and we never store them.
What we receive back from the gateway is confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed, and a reference for that transaction.
Nobody from our team will ever ask you for a card PIN, an OTP or a mobile-wallet PIN. Any such request is fraud, whoever it appears to come from.
05Cookies and browser storage
The site stores a small amount of data in your own browser so it can work properly. It is used for the following, and nothing else:
- Keeping you signed in after you log in.
- Remembering the mobile number you last signed in with, so you do not retype it.
- Holding your cart and wishlist before you have an account, so they survive a page reload.
- Keeping your support-chat conversation attached to you between visits.
- Remembering whether you chose the light, dark or night theme.
None of this is used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing your browser data removes all of it, though doing so will sign you out and empty a guest cart.
06How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes.
Account details are kept while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and contact details and keep only the minimum order records the law requires us to hold.
Support messages are kept while they are useful for resolving your query and reviewing the quality of our service.
07How we protect it
Data is sent between your browser and our servers over an encrypted connection, and passwords are stored hashed rather than in readable form.
Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run orders and support.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you rather than stay quiet about it.
08Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong — you can edit most of it yourself in your profile.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep.
- Ask us to stop sending promotional messages, without affecting order updates you still need.
Contact us with your request and the mobile number on the account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody else can request your data.
09Children
This site is intended for adults placing orders for their household. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The version published here, with the date shown at the top of the page, is the one that applies.
Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it rather than quietly replacing the text.
