    Most popular

    Pay the delivery person in cash when the parcel reaches you.

    • Nothing is charged when you place the order.
    • Pay the exact total shown on your confirmation, including delivery.
    • Check the parcel before paying — if the item is wrong or damaged, do not accept it.
    • Please keep the amount ready; couriers do not always carry change.

  • Online Payment

    Card & mobile wallet

    Pay at checkout through our payment gateway, using a card or a mobile financial service.

    • You are redirected to the gateway to complete payment, then returned to the confirmation page.
    • The order is confirmed once the gateway reports a successful payment.
    • If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, contact us with the transaction ID — do not pay twice.

Card and wallet details are entered on the payment gateway's own secure page, not on our site. We never see or store your card number, PIN or OTP.
Will anyone from the store ask for my OTP or PIN?
No. Nobody from our team will ever ask for a card PIN, an OTP, or a mobile-wallet PIN — by phone, message or otherwise. Treat any such request as fraud and report it to us.
When am I charged for a cash-on-delivery order?
Only when the parcel is handed to you. Placing the order charges you nothing.
How are refunds returned?
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible, or by another method we agree with you. See the Terms and Conditions for what qualifies.

A payment went wrong

If you were charged but no order appeared, send us the transaction ID and the time of payment. We will trace it and either confirm the order or return the money.
