How to Order

Placing an order takes about two minutes. Here is exactly what happens at each step — and how to order by phone if you would rather not use the site.

Ordering on the site

Find what you need
Browse the categories in the top menu or search by product name. Each product page shows the price, size, description and current stock.

Add to cart
Use Add to Cart to keep shopping, or Buy Now to go straight to checkout. Open the cart at any time to change quantities or remove an item.

Enter your delivery details
At checkout, fill in your name, phone number and full address, and pick your delivery area. Your phone number matters most — it is how we confirm the order and how the courier reaches you.

Choose how to pay
Pay cash on delivery, or pay online by card or mobile wallet. The delivery charge for your area and any coupon discount are shown in the total before you confirm.

Confirm and track
Place the order and keep the order number from the confirmation screen. Use it on the Track Order page to follow your parcel until it arrives.

Check the phone number twice
Almost every failed delivery starts with a wrong or unreachable number. We call before delivering to a new address.
Add a landmark to the address
House and road numbers are not always enough. A nearby shop, mosque or school gets the courier to your door faster.
Apply the coupon before confirming
A coupon can only be applied at checkout, not after the order is placed. The discount appears in the summary once accepted.
Ordering a gift?
Put the recipient's name and number in the delivery details and leave a note in the special instructions field.

Call us with the products you want and your address, and we will place the order for you. Cash on delivery works exactly the same way.
