Coupon codes, combo deals and product offers — what each one is, and how they add up at checkout.

There are three ways a price can come down here — a coupon you enter, an offer already built into a product's price, or a combo sold as a set. This page explains each and how they interact.

01Coupon codes

A coupon code is entered in the coupon field at checkout and applied before you confirm the order. The discount appears in the order summary straight away, so you always see the effect before paying.

One coupon per order — applying a second replaces the first rather than adding to it.
Each coupon has its own conditions: a minimum order value, an expiry date, or a limit on how many times it can be used.
A coupon must be applied at checkout. It cannot be added to an order after it is placed.
Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

If a code is refused, the message at checkout says why — usually that it has expired, has already been used, or the order does not meet its minimum.

02Product offers

Some products carry their own reduced price. Where they do, the product card and product page show the old price struck through next to the current one, along with how much you save.

These prices are already discounted, so no code is needed — the saving is in the price you see.

03Combo deals

A combo is a fixed set of products sold together for less than the same items would cost individually. The combo page shows exactly what is inside and what the saving is.

Combos are priced as a unit, so the items inside them cannot be swapped or bought separately at the combo rate.

04How discounts combine

Product offers and combo pricing are already in the price you see. A coupon then applies on top of that at checkout, to the order as a whole.

Because only one coupon can be applied per order, it is worth checking which of two codes gives the larger saving before confirming.

The delivery charge is calculated separately and is not reduced by a coupon unless the coupon specifically says so.

05Where to find current offers

Live offers appear on the home page and on the products themselves, and codes are shared through our social channels when we run them.

We do not send discount codes by unsolicited phone call and we never ask for a payment PIN or an OTP to release one. Treat any such contact as fraud.

06Changes and fair use

Offers, coupons and combo pricing can be added, changed or withdrawn at any time. The price and discount confirmed on your order is the one that applies to that order.

We may cancel a discount or an order where a coupon has been used in a way it was not intended for — for example by sharing a single-use code widely, or by splitting one order into several to reuse it.

Where a discounted order is refunded, the refund is based on what you actually paid after the discount.
